Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Westlynn Co Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
